WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Once those digital wonders jet off to your inbox, they're like literary lightning bolts, striking your digital library!  Since they've safely found their spot in your hands and I can't get them back, refunds for digital products aren't available.

Refunds for physical goods are as follows:

- No returns for change of mind or signed paperbacks.
- If an item is faulty and you contact us within 7 days of receiving it (according to the tracking), drop a line to orders@authormissywalker.com with the subject "returns." Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the faulty item.
- For faulty items, you can choose between a refund or a replacement. The choice is yours! 😊
